MEET THE CHEF

Imagine the perfect sushi bar experience for you and your guests in your home. Yoji literally grew up in a sushi restaurant owned by his father in Fukuoka, Japan. For twelve years, under his tutelage, Yoji learned his father's exacting standards for each and every dish he served to his customers.

Ten years ago, Yoji came to Colorado where he worked for many of the top sushi restaurants in the state. During that time, he learned that his passion came from working with those customers who became his regulars and friends. Over time, it became a personal challenge to create a special experience each time they came to his restaurant.

Now, Yoji wants to take that experience to them, catering intimate home dinner parties.

We pride ourselves on the freshest seafood and meat from Japan. Many of our fish is unique, and it is not commonly available in the US. They bring the next level of flavor to our creations.

Omakase Dinner

PRIVATE IN-HOME DINING EXPERIENCE

Omakase, which translates to "respectfully leaving another to decide what is best", in Japan allows the chef to create a specially crafted dinner for you. There are no menus, and you allow the chef to use the ingredients available to him or her to create a truly unique dining experience.

We are bringing this Japanese dining experience to you. Our Omakase dinner experience is uniquely created for you in your own home or office. We create unique dishes using the freshest fish from Japan and other ingredients from around the world.
