There is no surcharge for the Denver Metro Area which includes Denver, Aurora, Glendale, Englewood, Centennial, Littleton, Greenwood Village, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminister, Edgewater, Thorton, Commerce City, Wheat Ridge.

Outside of Denver Metro Area

A $150 surcharge will be added for areas outside of the Denver Metro Area and within 25 miles of Denver.
